86 Construction of references in other Acts to holdings as defined by earlier Acts. S

References, in whatever terms, in any enactment, other than an enactment contained in—

• this Act,

• the Agricultural Holdings (Scotland) Acts 1923 and 1931, or,

• Part I of the M1 Agriculture (Scotland) Act 1948

to a holding within the meaning of the Agricultural Holdings (Scotland) Act 1923 or of the Agricultural Holdings (Scotland) Acts 1923 to 1948 shall be construed as references to an agricultural holding [F1 to which this Act applies].
