13In paragraph 4(2) of Schedule 9 to the Electricity Act 1989 (preservation of amenity and fisheries in Scotland) for the words “the Countryside Commission for Scotland, the Nature Conservancy Council for Scotland” there shall be substituted “Scottish Natural Heritage”.
