2 This Schedule applies to a licence granted under section 58 of the [1984 c. 12.] Telecommunications Act 1984 (power of Secretary of State to license cable services) as it applies to one granted under section 4 of the [1984 c. 46.] Cable and Broadcasting Act 1984 (power of Cable Authority to license such services).
