Human Fertilisation and Embryology Act 1990

[F1 10 U.K. A person who—

(a) fails without reasonable excuse to comply with a requirement under paragraph 1(1) or 8(3), or

(b) intentionally obstructs the exercise of any right under this Schedule,

is guilty of an offence and liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.]
