18Financial provisions
(1)There shall be paid out of money provided by Parliament any sums which Her Majesty’s Government in the United Kingdom are obliged to pay to the Commission or other persons under or by virtue of the Convention.
(2)Any fees or other sums received by the Secretary of State by virtue of any provision of this Act shall be paid into the Consolidated Fund.
