Part II E+W Improvements to which Consent of Landlord or Approval of Tribunal Required

9 E+W Erection, alteration or enlargement of buildings, and making or improvement of permanent yards.

10 E+W Carrying out works in compliance with an improvement notice served, or an undertaking accepted, under Part VII of the M1 Housing Act 1985 or Part VIII of the M2 Housing Act 1974.
