39SIn section 5(2) (definition of “the solicitor” for purposes of rules relating to payment of certain charges or fees), after the word “solicitors”, where first occurring, there shall be inserted the words “ or by an incorporated practice (within the meaning of the Solicitors (Scotland) Act 1980 ”) and after that word, where secondly occurring, there shall be inserted the words “ , incorporated practice ”.
