11 Citation, commencement, transitional provisions and extent.S
(1)This Act may be cited as the Inshore Fishing (Scotland) Act 1984.
(2)The provisions of this Act shall come into force on such date as the [F1Scottish Ministers]may appoint by order made by statutory instrument, and different dates may be appointed for different provisions or for different purposes.
(3)The [F1Scottish Ministers] may by order made by statutory instrument make such consequential and transitional provisions as may appear to him to be expedient in connection with the coming into force of any of the provisions of this Act.
(4)This Act extends to Scotland only.
