So far as section 125 (inquiries), 126 (forgery, false statements, etc.) or 139 (protection for acts done) of the [1983 c. 20.] Mental Health Act 1983 applied immediately before the commencement of this Part of this Act in relation to any provision re-enacted by this Part of this Act, those sections shall apply in relation to the corresponding provision of this Act.
