(3)In section 1(2)(c) of the M1Charging Orders Act 1979 (by virtue of which certain High Court orders for an amount exceeding £5,000 must be enforced in the High Court) after the words “High Court” in the second place where they occur, there shall be inserted the words “ or a county court ”.
