37E+W+SIn section 18 of the Industrial Training Act 1982 (industrial injuries benefit for accidents in training) after the word “board” in subsection (1) and in each place where it occurs in subsection (3) there shall be inserted the words “ , the Commission or the Secretary of State ”.
