13In paragraphs 2(2) and 3(3) of Schedule 3 to the Act of 1978 (sick pay etc. treated as discharging employer's liability towards employee in period of notice terminating contract of employment), in each case, after the words "sick pay" there are inserted the words " statutory sick pay ".
