[F1 34A Meaning of “appropriate conservation body” E+W+S

In the following provisions of this Part “the appropriate conservation body” means—

(a) in relation to England, Natural England;

(b) in relation to Wales, [F2 the Natural Resources Body for Wales];

(c) in relation to Scotland, Scottish Natural Heritage.]
