4In section 14(7) (which provides that no inquiry under the Fatal Accidents Inquiry (Scotland) Act 1895 is to be held into a death which is the subject of an inquiry under section 14(2)(b) of the said Act of 1974 unless the Lord Advocate otherwise directs), for the words " Inquiry (Scotland) Act 1895 " there shall be substituted the words " and Sudden Deaths Inquiry (Scotland) Act 1976 " .
