(1)The Society, on the application of a solicitor, may remove his name from the roll.
(2)The Society, on the application of a former solicitor whose name is not on the roll because it has been removed from it, may enter his name on the roll, on payment to the Society of such fee F9. . . as the [F10Society] may from time to time determine.
