Adaptations of Enactments relating to the Supply of Electricity

11 As from the appointed day, references to a private generating station in section 11 of the [1919 c. 100.] Electricity (Supply) Act 1919 (restrictions on the establishment of new generating stations) shall be construed as including references to a generating station (within the meaning of that Act) for the generation of electricity for use wholly or mainly for the purposes of the authority's undertaking.
