8U.K.Every order or regulation under this Act made by [F1the Minister for Health, Social Services and Public Safety]F2... by virtue of the power conferred by paragraph 1F3... or paragraph 6 of this ScheduleF4... shall be subject to negative resolution within the meaning of section 41(6) of the M1Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954 as if it were a statutory instrument within the meaning of that Act.
