74Fees for certain certificates no longer payable under section 4 of the Infectious Disease (Notification) Act 1889 in Scotland
So much of section 4(2) of the [1889 c. 72.] Infectious Disease (Notification) Act 1889 as relates (in Scotland) to the payment of fees to medical practitioners for certificates under that Act shall cease to have effect.
