49Amendment of s.53(2) of the Agricultural Marketing Act 1958.
The proviso to subsection (2) of section 53 of the [1958 c. 47.] Agricultural Marketing Act 1958 (which restricts the operation in respect of reserved matters of schemes and regulations made under corresponding legislation of the Parliament of Northern Ireland unless it is certified by the Secretary of State that it is expedient that the schemes or regulations should have full effect as subserving the purposes therein described, being purposes of Great Britain) shall have effect with the omission of the words from " as subserving the purposes of " to " produced or sold by them ".
