(1)The enactments mentioned in Schedule 5 to this Act shall have effect subject to the amendments there specified, being amendments consequential on the provisions of this Act.
(2)The enactments described in Schedule 6 to this Act are hereby repealed to the extent specified in the third column of that Schedule, and so much of that Schedule as relates to the [1860 c. 90.] Game Licences Act 1860, the [1919 c. 50.] Ministry of Transport Act 1919, the [1936 c. 5 (1 Edw. 8. & 1 Geo. 6.).] Trunk Roads Act 1936, the [1947 c. 53.] Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1947, sections 1, 8 and 10 of the [1959 c. 55.] Dog Licences Act 1959 and Schedule 2 to the Act of 1963 shall come into force on 16th May 1967.
