11Appeal against sentence to Court of Criminal Appeal
A person sentenced to preventive detention may, notwithstanding anything in the [7 Edw. 7. c. 23.] Criminal Appeal Act, 1907, appeal against the sentence without the leave of the Court of Criminal Appeal.
