G. Meetings of Company

Stated general meetings of Company

22 (1) The Company shall hold stated general meetings each year on—

(a) the first Thursday of October; and

(b) the second Thursday of November;

or such other dates as the Company may prescribe.

(2) The Company may hold additional general meetings on such dates as the Company may prescribe.
