The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Variation of Threshold Conditions) Order 2001

181.—(1) The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Variation of Threshold Conditions) Order 2001(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In article 2A (non-EEA insurers: specified regulator), in the heading, for “Non-EEA” substitute “Non-UK”.

(3) In article 3(2) (non-EEA insurers)—

(a) in paragraph (1), for “non-EEA” substitute “non-UK”;

(b) omit paragraph (2);

(c) in the heading, for “Non-EEA” substitute “Non-UK”.
