91. In regulation 43(1)(e)(iii) of the Employment and Support Allowance Regulations 2008 (circumstances under which partners of claimants entitled to an income-related allowance are not to be treated as engaged in remunerative work)(1), for “a fire” to second “Act” substitute “the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service”.
