87. In section 28ZA(1)(b) (decisions involving issues that arise on appeal in other cases)(1), as it has effect both with and without the amendment made by paragraph 11(11)(b) of Schedule 3 to the Child Support, Pensions and Social Security Act 2000(2), for “a Child Support Commissioner” substitute “the Upper Tribunal”.
