The Archbishops of Canterbury and York, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 66(2) of the Dioceses, Pastoral and Mission Measure 2007 F1, make the following Instrument:

1. This Instrument may be cited as the Dioceses, Pastoral and Mission Measure 2007 (Appointed Day No. 4) Instrument 2010.
Appointed dayE
2. 1st January 2011 is the day appointed for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Dioceses, Pastoral and Mission Measure 2007 —
(a)section 12;
(b) section 17;
(c)section 65 so far as it relates to the provisions of Schedule 7 specified in paragraph (d);
(d)Schedule 7 so far as it relates to subsections (1)(b) and (6) of section 18 of the Dioceses Measure 1978 F2 and subsections (5) and (7) of that section so far as they have not already been repealed.

This Instrument brings into force, on 1st January 2011, those provisions of the Dioceses, Pastoral and Mission Measure 2007 that are not already in force.
