1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Public Bodies (Joint Working) (Prescribed Health Board Functions) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2017 and come into force on 18th December 2017.
(2) In these Regulations “the 2014 Regulations” means the Public Bodies (Joint Working) (Prescribed Health Board Functions) (Scotland) Regulations 2014(1).
