109. Berriedale and Langwell Waters	The Berriedale and Langwell Waters and all inland waters which drain, or drain to some extent, to the outflow point (grid reference ND 1202 2248) at Berriedale.
110. Endrick Water	The Endrick Water (being a tributary of the River Leven) and all inland waters which drain, or drain to some extent, to the outflow point (grid reference NS 4262 857) on the east shore of Loch Lomond.
111. Little Gruinard River	The Little Gruinard River and all inland waters which drain, or drain to some extent, to the outflow point (grid reference NG 9473 8991) at mean high water springs in Gruinard Bay.
112. Langavat	Loch Langavat and the River Grimersta and all inland waters which drain, or drain to some extent, to the outflow point (grid reference NB 2155 2968) at mean high water springs in Loch Grimersta.
113. North Harris	All inland waters which drain, or drain to some extent, between the following points (“the outflow limits”)—
	(a) in Resort—
	(i) to the north, at Kinloch Reasort (grid reference NB 1061 1719); and (ii) to the south, at Greascleit (grid reference NA 9936 1376); and
	(b) in Fincastle—
	(i) to the north, at grid reference NA 9936 1376; and (ii) to the south, at Bun Abhainn Eadarra (grid reference NB 1302 0416).
114. River Bladnoch	The River Bladnoch and all inland waters which drain, or drain to some extent, to the outflow point (grid reference NX 4407 5482) into Wigtown Bay at Wigtown.
115. River Borgie	The River Borgie and all inland waters which drain, or drain to some extent, to the outflow point (grid reference NC 6839 6227) at mean low water springs in Torrisdale Bay.
116. River Dee (Aberdeenshire)	The River Dee and all inland waters which drain, or drain to some extent, to the outflow point (grid reference NJ 9655 0604) at Aberdeen Harbour.
117. River Moriston	The River Moriston (being a tributary of the River Ness) and all areas of inland waters which drain, or drain to some extent, to the outflow point (grid reference NH 4298 1622) on the north shore of Loch Ness at Invermoriston.
118. River Naver	The River Naver and all inland waters which drain, or drain to some extent to the outflow point (grid reference NC 7100 6017) at Invernaver.
119. River Oykel	The River Oykel and all inland waters which drain, or drain to some extent, to the outflow point (grid reference NH 6092 9154) in the Kyle of Sutherland at Bonar Bridge.
120. River South Esk	The River South Esk and all inland waters which drain, or drain to some extent, to the outflow point (grid reference NO 6653 5842) into the Montrose Basin at Bridge of Dun.
121. River Spey	The River Spey and all inland waters which drain, or drain to some extent, to the outflow point (grid reference NJ 3438 6567) at Spey Bay.
122. River Tay	The River Tay and all inland waters which drain, or drain to some extent, to the outflow point (grid reference NO 1969 1895) at the confluence with the River Earn, south-east of Perth.
123. River Thurso	The River Thurso and all inland waters which drain, or drain to some extent, to the outflow point (grid reference ND 1177 6817) at Thurso Bridge.
124. River Teith	The River Teith (being a tributary of the River Forth) and all inland waters which drain, or drain to some extent, to the outflow point (grid reference NS 7982 943) in the River Forth at Stirling.
