PART 3Additional conditions for the purposes of Article 45(10) of the Direct Payments Delegated Regulation
1. Nitrogen-fixing crops must not be harvested before 1st August in any calendar year.
2. Areas with nitrogen-fixing crops must be surrounded by a field margin with a minimum width of 1 metre and a maximum width of 20 metres.
