Revocation of the 2012 Regulations and the 2013 Regulations

6.—(1) In this regulation—

“the 2012 Regulations” means the Non-Domestic Rates (Levying) (Scotland) (No. 3) Regulations 2012(1);

“the 2013 Regulations” means the Non-Domestic Rates (Levying) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2013(2).

(2) Subject to paragraph (3), the 2012 Regulations and the 2013 Regulations are revoked.

(3) Nothing in paragraph (2) shall affect the continuing operation of the 2012 Regulations and the 2013 Regulations as regards any day prior to 1st April 2014.
