1.—(1) This Act of Sederunt may be cited as the Act of Sederunt (Fitness for Judicial Office Tribunal Rules) (No. 2) 2014.
(2) Subject to paragraph (3), it comes into force on 1st June 2014.
(3) Rule 16 comes into force on 19th May 2014.
(4) A certified copy of this Act of Sederunt is to be inserted in the Books of Sederunt.
