1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Sexual Offences Act 2003 (Remedial) (Scotland) Order 2011 and comes into force on 28th January 2011.
(2) This Order extends to Scotland only.
(3) In this Order “the 2003 Act” means the Sexual Offences Act 2003.
