PART 1 MODIFICATIONS OF PRIMARY LEGISLATION

Adoption and Children (Scotland) Act 2007 (asp 4)

18.  In section 2(3) of the Adoption and Children (Scotland) Act 2007(1) (carrying out of duties imposed by section 1)—

(a) for “section 2(11)(b) of the Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001” substitute “paragraph 8(1)(b) of schedule 12 to the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010”; and

(b) for “Part 1” substitute “Part 5”.
