Amendment of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1987

2.  In section 62(3)(b) of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1987(1) for “61(11)(n)” substitute “61(11)(ab), (ac) or (n)”.

1987 c.26. Section 62(3)(b) has been amended by the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 (c.28), section 157(3)(a) and Schedule 22, and by the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001 (asp 10), section 49.
