Citation and commencement

1.  This Order may be cited as the Justice of the Peace Courts (Sheriffdom of South Strathclyde, Dumfries and Galloway) Revocation Order 2009 and comes into force on 16th May 2009.

Revocation

2.  The Justice of the Peace Courts (Sheriffdom of South Strathclyde, Dumfries and Galloway) Order 2009(1) is revoked.
