Amendment of the Non-Domestic Rating (Telecommunications and Canals) (Scotland) Order 1995

2.  The Non Domestic Rating (Telecommunications and Canals) (Scotland) Order 1995(1) is amended by substituting for article 2B–

• “From and including 31st March 2008, the unbundled local loop shall be treated as occupied by British Telecommunications plc.”.
