2.D.17—(1) If regulation 7(5) of the Pension Sharing (Pension Credit Benefit) Regulations 2000(1) (early or deferred retirement) applies, the Scottish Ministers must be reasonably satisfied that the requirements of that regulation have been met.
(2) Section 68A(2)(a) of the 1993 Act (safeguarded rights)(2) applies to the safeguarded rights of pension credit members.
(3) Safeguarded rights must be identified as being the safeguarded percentage of the pension credit rights.
