In accordance with section 14 of the Harbours Act 1964(1) Caledonian Maritime Assets Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act 1985(2) has applied in writing to the Scottish Ministers for a harbour revision order;
The Scottish Ministers are satisfied as mentioned in subsection (2) of the said Section 14;
The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 14 of the said Act, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:
1964 c. 40; Section 14 was amended by the Transport Act 1981 (c. 56), Section 18 and Schedule 6, paragraphs 2 to 4 and 14 and by the Transport and Works Act 1992 (c. 42), Schedule 3, paragraph 1.
