102. After regulation 20(3) (revocations and transitional provisions) insert–
“(4) Regulation 6 shall despite its revocation by regulation 88 of the Teachers' Superannuation (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2007(1) continue to have effect where a declaration was delivered to the compensating authority pursuant to regulation 6(2) before 1st April 2007.”.
