Regulation 13(2)(c)

SCHEDULEAmount of biodegradable municipal waste in certain types of waste

In this Schedule–

  • “inert construction and demolition waste”–

    (a)

    means any waste from construction or demolition activities which is not capable of undergoing anaerobic or aerobic decomposition, but

    (b)

    does not include any of the other types of waste which are listed in the first column of the table in this Schedule; and

  • “putrescible waste”–

    (a)

    means any animal or vegetable waste (including wood) which is capable of undergoing anaerobic or aerobic decomposition, but

    (b)

    does not include any of the other types of waste which are listed in the first column of the table in this Schedule.
