Amendment of principal Regulations
2. The Scottish Social Services Council (Appointments, Procedure and Access to the Register) Regulations 2001(1) shall be amended by substituting for paragraph (1) of regulation 11 (remuneration, allowances etc.) the following:–
“(1) Subject to the following provisions of this regulation, the Council shall pay–
(a)to its convener and to any member, such fee; and
(b)to its convener, to any member and to any person appointed to a committee or sub-committee, such allowances,
as may be specified from time to time by the Scottish Ministers.”.
