The Yorkhill National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 2001 No. 366

Citation, commencement and interpretation

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Yorkhill National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 2001 and shall come into force on 30th September 2001.

(2) In this Order “the principal Order” means the Yorkhill National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992(1).

Amendment of the principal Order

2.  For article 4 of the principal Order there is substituted–

“Directors and trustees of the trust

4.   The trust shall have, in addition to the chairman, 2 trustees and 5 executive directors.”.
