Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Foot-and-Mouth Disease (Scotland) Declaratory (No. 5) Amendment (No. 4) Order 2001 and shall come into force at 5.00 p.m. on 22nd June 2001.
Amendment of infected area
2. For Schedule 1 of the Foot-and-Mouth Disease (Scotland) Declaratory (No. 5) Order 2001(1), there is substituted the Schedule 1 set out in the Schedule to this Order.
Revocation
3. The Foot-and-Mouth Disease (Scotland) Declaratory (No. 5) Amendment (No. 3) Order 2001(2) is revoked.
