30. In Schedule 2 to the National Health Service Central Register (Scotland) Regulations 2006 (information which may be provided from the register and persons to whom it may be provided)(1), for the words in column (2) of entry 7 substitute—
“A chief constable of a police force in England and Wales or Northern Ireland, the chief constable of the police service of Scotland or the Security Service.”.
