SCHEDULE 1 AMENDMENT OF WASTE PROVISIONS

Amendment of the Waste Management Licensing Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003

5.  In Schedule 3 Part IV in paragraph 2 (meaning of planning authority)—

(a) in sub-paragraph (c) for “the 1991 Order and the 2006 Order.” substitute “the Planning Act (Northern Ireland) 2011; and”;

(b) after sub-paragraph (c) insert—

“(d) a district council.”.
