17.—(1) The Universal Credit, Personal Independence Payment, Jobseeker’s Allowance and Employment and Support Allowance (Decisions and Appeals) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2016(1) are amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3).
(2) In regulation 2 (interpretation)—
(a)in paragraph (2) omit “Subject to paragraph (3),”; and
(b)omit paragraph (3).
(3) In regulation 6(3)(c) (late application for a revision) for “13” substitute “12”.
