The Department for Social Development makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 64(1) and (2), 66(1), 68(1) and (2) and 179(5) of, and paragraphs 3(3) to (5), 4(2) and (3), 6(2), 8(3), 10(2) and (3) and 13 of Schedule 6 to, the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008(1).
In accordance with section 179(4) of that Act the Department has consulted such persons or bodies of persons as it considers appropriate.
