3.—(1) The Nitrates Action Programme Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2010(1) are amended in accordance with paragraph (2).
(2) In regulation 14(1)(b) (manner of storage of poultry litter and location of storage facilities) for the words “30 September 2011” substitute “31st March 2012”.
