Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Electricity (Published Criteria for Generating Station) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2011 and shall come into operation on 1st August 2011.
Interpretation
2. The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954(1) shall apply to these Regulations as it applies to an Act of the Assembly.
Amendment to the Electricity (Northern Ireland) Order 1992
3. In paragraph (9) of Article 39 of the Electricity (Northern Ireland) Order 1992(2) for “Article 6(2)” substitute “Article 7(2)”.
