5. In addition to the offences specified in paragraphs 1 to 4, the following provisions of these Regulations specify offences relating to placing on the market and export—
(a)paragraph 8 of Schedule 3;
(b)paragraph 8(2)(b) and (7) of Schedule 4;
(c)paragraph 10(7) of Schedule 4;
(d)paragraph 23 of Schedule 4; and
